Japanese Cheesecake
How long can I keep the cake in the fridge for? We recommend finishing the cake within 72 hours.ย
How can I eat the cake?
COLD: You can have them straight out from the fridge, it will taste a bit more cheesy and even though it is still light and fluffy, it will be slightly denser than when it is warm.
WARM: Out from the fridge, you can heat it up with a microwave on a 10s burst, heat it to your preference. The texture will be light and jiggly and the taste will be slightly more eggy than the chilled cheesecakes.
Soybean products
Do you ship? Yes, we do ship. It is will be delivered straight to you from our shop with minimal time on transit. Do store them immediately in the fridge if you do not consume them.
How do I store? In the fridge immediately if you do not consume it. It will turn bad within 2 hours if not properly stored. A good soymilk should taste milky and the richness of the soybean. If it has a slight sour taste or started to coagulate, it means that the soy has started to turn bad, please dispose and do not consume.
Do not store in thermos as it prevents soymilk to be properly chilled.
